How does autonomous watering work?
Our self-watering pots use the ancient olla irrigation technique. They consist of two parts: an inner pot where you place your plant and an outer pot that serves as a water reservoir.
Thanks to the natural porosity of the ceramic, water from the outer pot slowly diffuses into the inner pot, consistently and effectively hydrating the plant's roots. This ensures your plant receives the water it needs, when it needs it, without the risk of overwatering or underwatering.
How long can the pot water my plant without my intervention?
Up to 2 weeks, depending on the plant and environment. Ideal for going on vacation without asking your neighbors to water your plant 🏖️
It's suitable for houseplants and herbs like basil. And it's perfect for plants that love humidity! It's only suitable for small plants, 9 cm or less in diameter .
Occasional cleaning will be sufficient to prevent deposits.
